Our inspectors are highly trained and experienced professionals with decades of experience in the home inspection industry. They are licensed and certified and undergo regular training to stay up-to-date with the latest industry standards and practices.

While it is not mandatory, we do encourage our clients to attend the inspection so they can see firsthand any issues or concerns the inspector may uncover. This can also be a great opportunity to ask any questions you may have about the property. If you cannot attend, the report is very detailed to give you all the information you need. We are always available to answer any questions that may come up.

You will receive a written report on the same day of your inspection that details the condition of the home, including any noted defects or issues.

Thermal imaging uses infrared cameras to visualize heat patterns, revealing temperature variations that can indicate hidden problems like moisture, leaks, insulation issues, and electrical problems.
